This role will be a key asset in the future growth of General Compression. As an Analyst you will be leading the development, maintenance, and delivery of the Company's financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis. Program Manager
Reporting to the COO, the Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading all facets of operational initiatives related to the construction, delivery and commissioning of a singular GCAES project. As Program Manager you will lead an interdisciplinary team that includes Engineering, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Finance to deliver a quality project on-time and within established budgetary parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all program related activities; develop and manage to a master schedule/plan..
- Define site criteria for project(s) based on construction requirements and partner needs.
- Lead all EPC activities for the program utilizing internal and external resources.
- Represent General Compression at the local and state level as needed (i.e. permitting).
- Negotiate with and manage the performance of project's general contractor(s).
- Problem solve to meet program objectives.
- Conduct program reviews with corporate leadership.

Hydraulics Engineer
We are looking for a seasoned Hydraulics Engineer to evaluate and analyze problems in fluid machinery and associated plant systems. The qualified candidate will design hydraulic control and power circuits using simulation and analysis tools or run models of fluid handling machinery and piping systems to identify behaviors, responses to inputs, performance values and changes with operating conditions. You will be expected to perform hydrodynamic and control system analyses of complex dynamic systems, and couple heat transfer with fluid dynamic interactions. Additionally, you will assist in the development of software and diagnostic tools to enhance data collection and analysis, system modeling, problem solving, and the design of improved fluid control systems.

Hydraulics Design Engineer
As a Hydraulics Engineer at General Compression, the qualified candidate will devote the majority of their time to:
- Fulfill the role of hydraulic integrator for a complex hydraulic system, to ensure fittings, sub-components, and piping systems function correctly with respect to each other.
- Assist in developing key supplier/vendor relationships that are critical to the supply and build of hydraulic systems.
- Specify components, and perform detail design on concepts.
- Perform internal flow calculations for the purpose of sizing components, and estimating losses.
- Identify operational states, possible error states, and evaluate impact for highly dynamic hydraulic systems.

Manager, Supplier Quality and Development
The individual hired in this role will assume the management and leadership responsibilities within the Supplier Quality team. This key position will be responsible for assessing suppliers, provide support on process improvements and work with suppliers to resolve quality issues or problems in order to achieve total customer satisfaction. He/she will also be responsible for forecasting supplier quality equipment needs and skilfully managing quality issues.
The qualified candidate will have experience in contingency planning and will be responsible for rolling out any new templates, procedures, etc. to the team and introduce processes that drive the supply base toward a Six Sigma level. The Manager of Supplier Quality and Development will coordinate and prioritizes efforts and resources for assessing suppliers globally.

Nondestructive Test Engineer - Supplier Quality Engineer
Our NDT engineer will be responsible for administering Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE) Operations, writing and implementing NDE procedures for ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), and dye penetrate testing (PT). Responsibilities including working with business units to assess programs and suggest improvements, perform audit performance and compliance of customers and assess technology and make recommendations for improvement as necessary.
